Song Festoons

1962 - LP - Fono-Graf Records

History
A comedy album by KMPC DJ Gary Owens, which collected various skits from his radio show. Owens had a clueless character named Earl C. Phestoon and Elva Miller was listed as his wife named Phoebe Phestoon singing "Slumber Boat" from her Songs for Children EP. The album was produced by Fred Bock and Dick Friesen. This was the first record Owens released and he has said that Fono-Graf Records was a phony company.
